美利坚合众国总统唐纳德∙ J ∙ 特朗普与朝鲜民主主义人民共和国（朝鲜）国务委员会委员长金正恩于2018年6月12日在新加坡举行了首次历史性峰会。
特朗普总统与金正恩委员长就建立新的美朝关系以及在韩朝半岛建立一个持久、强健的和平机制相关问题进行了全面、深入而真诚的意见交换。特朗普总统表示致力于为朝鲜提供安全保障；金正恩委员长重申他坚定不移地致力于韩朝半岛完全无核化。
特朗普总统与金正恩委员长确信建立新的美朝关系将有助于韩朝半岛和世界的和平与繁荣，并认可建立互信可以推动韩朝半岛无核化，进而作出如下声明：
1.美国与朝鲜致力于根据两国人民对和平与繁荣的愿望建立新的美朝关系。
2.美国与朝鲜将共同努力在韩朝半岛建立一个持久、稳定的和平机制。
3.朝鲜重申2018年4月27日签署的《板门店宣言》，致力于朝着韩朝半岛完全无核化努力。
4.美国与朝鲜致力于找回战俘/作战失踪人员遗骸，其中包括将身份已确定的遗骸立即遣送回国。
认识到历史上首次美朝峰会是意义重大的划时代事件，克服两国间数十年的紧张与敌对，旨在开创新的未来，特朗普总统与金正恩委员长致力于全面、迅速地落实本联合声明中的各项约定。美国与朝鲜致力于尽早举行后续谈判，由美国国务卿迈克·蓬佩奥与朝鲜一位有关高级官员牵头，以落实美朝峰会成果。

PresidentDonald J. Trump of the United States of America and Chairman Kim Jong Un of theState Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK)held a first, historic summit in Singapore on June 12, 2018.
PresidentTrump and Chairman Kim Jong Un conducted a comprehensive, in-depth, and sincereexchange of opinions on the issues related to the establishment of newU.S.–DPRK relations and the building of a lasting and robust peace regime onthe Korean Peninsula. President Trump committed to provide securityguarantees to the DPRK, and Chairman Kim Jong Un reaffirmed his firm andunwavering commitment to complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.
Convincedthat the establishment of new U.S.–DPRK relations will contribute to the peaceand prosperity of the Korean Peninsula and of the world, and recognizingthat mutual confidence building can promote the denuclearization of the KoreanPeninsula, President Trump and Chairman Kim Jong Un state the following:
1. TheUnited States and the DPRK commit to establish new U.S.–DPRK relations inaccordance with the desire of the peoples of the two countries for peace andprosperity. 2. TheUnited States and the DPRK will join their efforts to build a lasting andstable peace regime on the Korean Peninsula. 3. Reaffirmingthe April 27, 2018 Panmunjom Declaration, the DPRK commits to work towardcomplete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula. 4. TheUnited States and the DPRK commit to recovering POW/MIA remains, including theimmediate repatriation of those already identified.
Havingacknowledged that the U.S.–DPRK summit—the first in history—was an epochalevent of great significance in overcoming decades of tensions and hostilitiesbetween the two countries and for the opening up of a new future, PresidentTrump and Chairman Kim Jong Un commit to implement the stipulations inthis joint statement fully and expeditiously. The United Statesand the DPRK commit to hold follow-on negotiations, led by the U.S.Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, and a relevant high-level DPRK official,at the earliest possible date, to implement the outcomes of the U.S.–DPRKsummit.
PresidentDonald J. Trump of the United States of America and Chairman Kim Jong Un of theState Affairs Commission of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea havecommitted to cooperate for the development of new U.S. -DPRK relations and forthe promotion of peace, prosperity, and security of the Korean Peninsula and ofthe world.
