2022 年9月26日，圣多明哥好莱坞国际电影节对话会在汉天卫视演播厅举行。本次对话会有两个议题，一是宣布首届圣多明哥好莱坞国际电影节将于2023 年2 月下旬在多米尼加共和国首都圣多明哥举办，二是探讨新媒体时代电影节的新形式。
两位嘉宾发言
圣多明哥好莱坞国际电影节，由多米尼加共和国文化部、多米尼加国家电影局、多米尼加经贸投资促进会，和圣多明哥好莱坞国际电影节机构联合举办，由圣多明哥好莱坞国际电影节机构承办。电影节主席由世界著名导演Roland Jofee 罗兰.约菲担任。

本电影节的宗旨是：1.在圣多明哥打造一个世界级的电影节品牌，使之成为多米尼加文化和旅游的国际名片，成为多米尼加最具吸引力的拉动旅游和地方经济的项目之一，造福于当地民众；2.把这个电影节建设成一个全球年轻电影人（尤其是发展中国家的青年电影人）步入国际舞台的一个好机会，帮助他们从圣多明各好莱坞国际电影节开始，踏入国际市场、走向好莱坞、进到他们电影梦的荣耀圣殿；3.把圣多明各打造成美洲的戛纳！
圣多明哥好莱坞国际电影节执行主席王鹏飞博士说：（subtitle：Dr. James P.F. Wang Executing Chairman of Committee of Santo Domingo Hollywood Film Festival ）本次电影节有三大特点：1. 这是世界第一个水幕电影节，将在圣多明哥美丽的海滨用水幕的形式呈现不一样的精彩；2. 本电影节只收取时长不超过15 分钟的电影，这也是世界级的电影节第一次这样做；3. 这个电影节将同时举办圣多明哥狂欢节！我们的口号是：大家一起玩电影。Let's Play with Film！
圣多明哥好莱坞国际电影节共同主席孙文铁说：（subtitle：Mr. Robert Sun Co- Chairman of Committee of Santo Domingo Hollywood Film Festival ）多米尼加有着世界级的美丽风光，是著名的旅游胜地，我们在多米尼加打造圣多明哥好莱坞国际电影节，将有力促进多米尼加的旅游和文化事业的发展。中国是世界最大的电影市场之一，中国的年轻人也十分熟悉和热衷于短视频，本电影节欢迎更多的来自中国的优秀人才来展现他们的优秀作品，同时也欢迎每一个对这个事业有兴趣有热情的人积极参与，共同把这个电影节打造成一个世界级的品牌。
据了解，多米尼加共和国文化部将很快官宣首届圣多明哥好莱坞国际电影节于明年二月底正式开幕的具体时间。
The SantoDomingo Hollywood International Film Festival will take place in February 2023
A dialogue session for the SantoDomingo Hollywood International Film Festival was held at the studio of HantianTV on Sept 26, 2022. The dialogue has two topics, one is to announce that thefirst Santo Domingo Hollywood InternationalFilm Festival will be held in Santo Domingo, the capital of the DominicanRepublic, in late February 2023, and the other is to explore the new format ofthe film festival in the new media era.
The Santo Domingo Hollywood International Film Festival is jointlyorganized by the Ministry of Culture of the Dominican Republic, the DominicanNational Film Bureau, the Dominican Association for the Promotion of Trade andInvestment, and the Santo Domingo Hollywood InternationalFilm Festival, executive by the Santo Domingo Hollywood International Film Festival. RolandJofee, the world famous director serves as president of the festival.
The objectives of the Film Festivalare: 1. To create a world-class film festival brand in Santo Domingo, to makeit an international name card of Dominican culture and tourism, and to becomeone of the most attractive tourism and local economic projects in Dominica forthe benefit of the local people; 2. Build the film festival into a goodopportunity for young filmmakers from all over the world, especially fromdeveloping countries, to step onto the international stage and help them,starting from the Hollywood International Film Festival in Santo Domingo, toenter the international market, Hollywood and the glory temple of their filmdreams; 3. Make Santo Domingo the Cannes of the Americas!
Dr. James P. F. Wang, the ExecutiveChairman of Santo Domingo Hollywood International Film Festival said: ThisFestival has three characteristics: 1. This is the world's first water screenfilm festival, will present a different wonderful at the beautiful seaside ofSanto Domingo with the form of water screen; 2. For the first time in theworld, the festival will only collect the films less than 15 minutes; 3. Thefestival will also host the Santo Domingo Carnival. Our slogan is: Let's Playwith Film.
Mr. Robert Sun, the Co-Chairman of SantoDomingo Hollywood International Film Festival said: Dominica has world-classbeauty and is a famous tourist destination. The Ministry of Culture of DominicanRepublic will soon announce the specific time for the opening of the first SantoDomingo Hollywood International Film Festival at the end of February next year.
